Peregine persecution

The RSPB reports the increase in the persecution of peregrine falcons in the UK. “Reported incidents already number more than 50 for the year, with more waiting to be processed. There were 79 incidents reported for the whole of 2007.” Peregrines are being killed by shooting, poisoning and trapping. Nest robberies are also on the rise.
