The estate of Cortijo Lomilla de Menchal covers some 15,000 square metres. The estate has running water, electricity and phone, almond orchard, olive trees, fruit trees, fir trees, mulberry trees, fig trees, pine trees, pond, swimming pool. The property has three independent holiday homes and a garage.

Facilities

All holiday homes are fully furnished and tastefully decorated. Sheets and towels etc are provided. Likewise, all the holiday homes are independent with all mod-cons (washing machine, television, microwaves, coffee machines, milkshake makers, cooker, dishes, cutlery. Gas heaters for hot water and electrical heaters and firewood stoves for heating.

Cortijo Cerezo, of 44 m2, has one bedroom, one bathroom, kitchen - living room with wood burner, porch, terrace with garden furniture, woodshed, and private parking.

Cortijo Laurel, with an area of 60 square metres, has two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one of the bathrooms is designed for people with limited mobility), living room with wood burner, kitchen - dining room, 3 porches and a terrace with garden furniture, woodshed, and parking surrounded by hedge, plants and a grove of trees. This holiday home is ideal for people with limited mobility.

Cortijo Menchal, with 108 m2, is a holiday home designed to be rented as a single unit for up to six people or as two units on an independent basis (for 4 people the larger one and for 2 people the smaller one). The unit for 4 people has two bedrooms, one bathroom, living room with wood burner, kitchen, terrace, woodshed, parking, and a beautiful little square under a grove of trees. The unit for 2 people has one bedroom, one bathroom, kitchen, living room, and parking.
